This retreat is aimed at people who want to connect with themselves in an honest way and are willing to consciously engage their body, breath, and inner experience. The days follow a clear, soothing structure that allows for depth while leaving enough space for rest and integration. The focus is on a safe environment that supports slowness, presence, and mindful exploration.
The day begins with an extended morning yoga practice. Conscious movement, mobilization, strengthening, and stretching create stability in the body and clarity in the mind. The sessions are structured in such a way that you can anchor yourself in your own body step by step and develop a solid foundation for the day. The subsequent breathwork sessions open up a deeper space of experience. With the help of connected breathing, inner processes become accessible that can be expressed beyond words. Emotions, sensations, and inner images can emerge and organize themselves—always at your own pace and supported by clear, mindful guidance. Breathwork helps to release blockages and gain new perspectives on your own experience.
Between the group sessions, there is conscious time for integration. Guided journaling prompts or somatic movement exercises help to reflect on what has been experienced and anchor it in the body. In addition, there is plenty of space for retreat, silence, or a walk around the house. This alternation between guided depth and free space creates a natural rhythm that has a lasting effect.
In the evening, the day slows down again. Calm practice formats such as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or group singing invite you to calm your nervous system and consciously end the day. The focus is on relaxation, regulation, and a feeling of inner connectedness. The daily routine serves as a guide and is flexibly adapted to group dynamics, energy, and external conditions.
Program highlights in detail - Breathwork: Working with connected breath to consciously experience inner processes, release tension, and open up new inner spaces. - Pranayama: Introduction to classical breathing techniques with different effects on activating, calming, and balancing the nervous system – also suitable for everyday life.
