The Breathwork exercises can help to maintain or improve our physical, mental and emotional health in the long term. They strengthen the respiratory system, calm the nervous system and harmonize the subtle energy flow of our emotions.
Here is a possible daily structure. This will give you an idea of the course schedule.
Saturday:

17:30 Reflection in the group and break
18:00 Opportunity for individual discussion

08:00 Moving breathing
09:30 Breakfast
11:00 Breathwork sessions, short sitting session, Coherent Breathing
12:30 Exchange in the group
13:00 Lunch Break and reflection task
14:00 Conclusion with Breathwork session and
14:30 Exchange in the group and conclusion with a short presentation
Seminar leader:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel and we each have over 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have been working as meditation teachers.
In our own institute, as well as guest teachers at other institutes and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA and Europe and are very familiar with the humanistic psychology of our modern times.
