Breathwork refers to the conscious connection and work with one's own breath. It can generally be understood as a combination of perceiving, observing and consciously directing our breathing, which we can use for inner healing and growth in order to strengthen our connection to ourselves.
On this intensive healing yoga weekend, we will go into deep breathing and practice various breathing exercises such as Breathwork, Pranayama, Wim Hoff and a breathing treatment. You will also get to know various forms of meditation and healing yoga according to Jeannette Krüssenberg.
This will enable you to find your inner balance and deal more calmly with the demands of everyday life. You will get to know yourself in a new way.
Heilyoga n. J.K. is a spiritual health training that combines Eastern wisdom, yoga and Western therapy methods.
It is a holistic and practical yoga path.
Heilyoga combines the practice of yoga with Eastern wisdom teachings, Western methods of personal development, healing work and consciousness work.
Energies are released, blockages are released and consciousness is expanded.
Healing yoga according to Jeannette Krüssenberg gives you the opportunity to improve your mental and physical health and build a stronger connection to your body, your soul and your fellow human beings.
We learn to understand the language of the body.
To do this, we need to train our senses very finely and practice mindfulness.
By practising yoga, we gain a sense of our body's self-healing powers. We learn to consciously perceive ourselves, to reflect and to know methods to regulate ourselves faster and faster.
Yoga ultimately means the ability to self-regulate and self-awareness.
This seminar is part of the Heilyoga training and is open to all yoga enthusiasts.
You will be accompanied by Jeannette Krüssenberg and Jutta Lingenhauber, two experienced experts in a personal atmosphere and light-filled rooms.
Jeannette K. has been teaching yoga for almost 40 years and you will benefit from her many years of experience.
This seminar takes place in the seminar house in Schollbrunn, not far from Würzburg and Aschaffenburg.
The accommodation costs and the daily flat rate including 2 meals must be booked separately.
