Have you ever really breathed?
In this retreat, you are invited to experience the incredibly transformative power of conscious breathing and to dive deep into your inner self... Conscious Connected Breathwork is a particularly intense experience of self-discovery and has the potential to permanently change and improve your life.
In Conscious Connected Breathwork, conscious, intensified breathing can bring about a shift in your everyday state of consciousness. This can expand the gateway of consciousness, making diverse and sometimes intense experiences of various kinds possible—such as deep personal insights, the release of emotional blockages, feelings of connection, intense physical sensations, or simply a beautiful, pleasant sense of floating.
Dive Deep Into Yourself & Discover What Lies Hidden There for You:
Every breath journey is a journey into one’s own inner self—into one’s own being: into this rich inner world, full of sky-high, jubilant peaks and abysmal depths, where much that is familiar about myself lies, yet also much that is repressed, unconscious, and sometimes I even discover something new about myself. In Conscious Connected Breathwork, we become explorers of our own consciousness. This can be very exciting, very healing, and sometimes simply necessary.
What past participants say:
"I was already aware back then, after the retreat, that a change had very slowly begun to take shape within me. Your retreat was a break for me, and also a piece of the puzzle… truly on the journey to myself, on the journey of becoming self-aware.
Something ‘burst open’ inside me through the music and the breathing. I returned home full of energy. My husband said he could tell I came back from the retreat differently than other times before—in a positive way. And indeed, since then, there has been a lot of movement in so many areas of my life. The weekend with you was a truly precious and insightful step that accelerated many things. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being able to give people such nudges or catalysts through your work and personality." -- Gaby H.

Community & Karma Yoga (Helping Others)
An essential part of the retreat is the concept of community. Even in our breathing, we support one another—the group becomes, so to speak, a breathing body in which everyone supports the others on their path. And the Tonhaus itself fosters community simply through its architecture and layout: the house is reserved exclusively for us as a group, featuring an open kitchen and shared bathrooms. In the spirit of a vibrant community, participants are asked to help out (about 1 hour a day), as is often customary on retreats. Tasks range from chopping vegetables for meal preparation to washing dishes and are clarified and assigned on the first day.
