Summary

BREATHWORK Combine the three aspects of HEALTH: body, mind, and soul. Through mindfulness in breathing and meditation in detailed and guided sessions that structure your day, you can experience pain and stress reduction. It is also an invitation to people who live with chronic pain, illness, and physical limitations.

Breath awareness through vertical breathing, breath meditation such as chakra breathing, breathwork holotropic sessions, coherent breathing, body awareness through mindfulness, gentle body movements from mindfulness yoga, special meditations for dealing with pain, illness, and stress symptoms, vagus nerve.
Reflections and discussion groups Short lectures on specific topics Through breathwork, you will unexpectedly unlock resources that you can maintain over the long term with short daily exercises. For all of us, breathwork breaks are a true blessing. We are all exposed to constant stress far too often, and all the emotional baggage and unresolved stressful situations that take on a life of their own within us are transformed into new resources through gentle breathwork sessions. In this way, we use breathwork to transform everything that harms us.

Accommodation

You can book accommodation in various categories in Mondsee. The tourist office will be happy to do this for you, or we can give you a few tips. The youth hostel and Landhaus Meingast are recommended. Of course, you can also sleep at home if the journey takes less than an hour. Just ask us!

Catering

All meals are vegetarian, Ayurvedic, and vegan. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Breakfast consists of fresh grain porridge, which we prepare together with you. This is accompanied by cooked and fresh fruit, yogurt, nuts, and dried fruit.
Lunch consists of a vegetable dish with a variety of side dishes, such as rice, millet, buckwheat, bulgur, quinoa, or other grains. Dinner consists of an Ayurvedic soup meal. All meals are discussed with the participants in advance.

Breathwork exercises can help to maintain or improve our physical, mental, and emotional health in the long term. They strengthen the respiratory system, calm the nervous system, and harmonize the subtle energy flow of our emotions. 1:00 p.m. Lunch break and reflection task 2:30 p.m. Breathwork session 4:00 p.m. Closing discussions Group discussion Seminar leaders: We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel, and we each have 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have spent working as meditation teachers.
We teach at our own institute, as guest teachers at other institutes, and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA, and Europe, and are very familiar with humanistic psychology and our modern times.

Arrival

By car via Munich or Passau, Salzburg, Vienna, and Linz. Exit at Mondsee. By train via Munich or Vienna to Salzburg. By plane to Salzburg. From there, take city bus 2 to the main train station. From Salzburg main train station, take Postbus 140 to Mondsee bus station. All accommodations are within walking distance of the bus station.

After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If a replacement participant is found, only a processing fee of €50 will be charged. Cancellation: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of conclusion without giving reasons. Restriction: However, this only applies if the period between booking and the start of the course is not less than 21 days.
