THE APARTMENT IS 40 M² AND SUITABLE FOR ONE TO MAX. THREE PERSONS. IT IS EQUIPPED WITH
a carpeted bedroom, double bed (2x90x200 cm) with desk, library, washbasin and adjoining separate WC.
a tiled living room, two yellow leather armchairs, a coffee table, TV and fridge, as well as
a kettle, coffee machine and a selection of tea and coffee.
a bathroom with a large walk-in shower à l'italienne, a recessed washbasin and WC, as well as a towel dryer and hairdryer.
a private wooden terrace opening onto a typical Breton garden of 400 m² ; garden furniture and electric barbecue ; a closed garage for your bicycles and motorcycles.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the garden, but not in the house.

The accommodation without kitchen is intended for self-catering, apart from breakfast, which is included in the price. However, you can also organize your own breakfast (and then deduct €8/person/night), as you will find bakeries, numerous pubs and restaurants, crêperies, restaurants, cafés, pizzerias, Turkish snack bars, organic food stores and delicatessens in the town center - just a few steps away from your accommodation - as well as a great mini-supermarket on the town hall square!
There is a weekly market on Tuesday mornings (large). Saturday morning is the organic market (small but mighty).
You can have breakfast on your private terrace or in your living room.
Apart from the bread and pastries, we provide everything you need for a sumptuous Breton breakfast. Your fridge will be stocked for your stay. You can get fresh bread and French/Breton delicacies to your liking at the excellent bakery - less than 400m away on foot!
Quintin also has three supermarkets (Super U, Leclerc and Lidl) less than a kilometer from your accommodation on foot.

The crochet workshops can be booked all year round and are run by the experienced and sociable Fanfan (Françoise Thomas) in a warm and friendly atmosphere*, because Fanfan loves to share the secrets of Breton crochet!

You will meet under the parasol in the garden of your accommodation or at Fanfan's (a few minutes' drive from your accommodation) over a hot cup.

*Fanfan adapts to your wishes! The times are flexible, either in the morning or in the afternoon.

Tip! Measure your windows!

The TGV train station of Saint-Brieuc can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in 35 minutes by bus (the Tibus stop is 600 m from the accommodation). The airports of Brest and Rennes are 1.5 hours away by car.
Are you coming by train ? We organize a transfer between the TGV station of Saint-Brieuc and your accommodation (for a fee) or you can also reach Quintin with the Tibus number 5.

Cheap rental cars are available on site.

Are you coming by electric car? There are 4 charging stations in the center and one of them is 80 m from your apartment !
