Ursula sees herself as a companion for people on the spiritual path. Her orientation is the teachings of the Buddha; her practice is mindfulness, joy and kindness of heart. Mindfulness in a gentle and insightful quality is a miracle cure for all situations in life; in the hustle and bustle of everyday life it can atrophy, with meditation it is raised and strengthened.
In meditative silence, we focus our attention on our inner life during the days together in order to arrive at ourselves. By recognizing and experiencing our innermost needs and values, we can develop a new perspective that satisfies us more deeply than habitual views and patterns.
Ursula has developed Sampada Yoga for this holistic form of thinking, feeling, physical awareness and mindful living. This comprehensive path of practice brings about healing in the mind, soul and body - a blessing for the individual and the whole world. Metta meditation is an essential part of Ursula's courses. Metta means kindness of heart - a path that leads to inner and outer peace.
