This chakra retreat is a journey to inner balance in which you activate and harmonize the seven energy centers of your body, the chakras, through meditation, breathing exercises and other energetic rituals, techniques and bodywork. This special retreat offers you an optimal combination of bodywork, relaxation and self-awareness to release blockages and strengthen the energy field.

What is a chakra retreat?
A chakra retreat is a time-out that aims to raise awareness of your own chakras and harmonize your energy field. The aim is to restore inner balance and increase well-being.
What can you expect from a chakra retreat?
Theoretical input:
You will learn the basics of chakra theory and find out which themes and characteristics are associated with each chakra.
Bodywork:
Rituals, healing work, body treatments and much more that are specifically tailored to the chakras help to activate the flow of energy and release blockages.
Breathing exercises and meditation:
These support relaxation and the opening of the chakras, guided meditations and mindfulness exercises help to calm the mind and deepen the connection to the chakras.
Energy work: energetic hand placement processes to activate healing on all levels of your being

Nature experiences:
The ocean is only 50 steps away from our retreat location, you will have the opportunity to enjoy nature together with retreat participants and explore the healing power of the island.
Exchange and reflection:
You can share your experiences and exchange ideas with other participants in group exercises and individual discussions.

Our German-speaking accommodation is located in a small harbor village in the south of Zakynthos, less than 100 steps from the sea. There is a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets etc. nearby.

The accommodation is a feel-good place with a beautiful green garden, the island is very green in general.
There are various rooms and apartments with kitchens to choose from at our retreat location, all very reasonably priced. You can make your own bookings with our German-speaking hostess, tailored to your needs.

The retreat runs over 4 days, so you can plan your arrival and departure individually to suit your schedule. Experience has shown that most participants stay for a week and spend their free time together. There are many possibilities to book a rental car in the village, go on boat trips, relax on the house beach or enjoy the facilities of the accommodation.
