Christmas and the turn of the year have a very special quality. After the hustle and bustle of the days leading up to Christmas, silence is allowed to return. We are allowed to look inwards. We are allowed to give ourselves time for ourselves again.
Spend the holidays with like-minded people, without the often stressful protocol that these days bring with them.
Live into the day, marvel at the winter landscape on walks, enjoy valuable exchanges with like-minded people.
You start the day with a yoga session (1.5 hours) and feel how good regular exercise is. The joints become supple, the spine is strengthened, the mind becomes clear and thoughts are put in order.
At breakfast together, you can treat yourself to porridge, home-baked bread, juices, etc. The day is yours to do with as you please: you can spend the day with a good book or marvel at the landscape and breathe in the fresh air on a snowshoe hike.
The yoga session in the afternoon (1.5 hours) gives you another opportunity to concentrate on yourself. Yoga knows no pressure to perform. Yoga is about being in the moment and giving your body valuable time.
You can look forward to:
Two yoga sessions of 1.5 hours each every day
Singing bowl meditation once a week
One horse-drawn carriage ride per week (approx. 45 minutes)
One winter hike together (approx. 1 hour)
Fire bowl with punch
No previous knowledge is required for the yoga sessions, they are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
