Day 1:
We begin our first stage of the hike to the first mountain hut, leaving everyday life behind.
Along the way, you’ll find yourself and connect with the group.
We’ll build our self-confidence and get to know our inner selves in a whole new way.
Walking time: approx. 3 hours
Day 2:
We leave the valley and hike over a pass for a short detour into Switzerland.
We take our lunch break at a beautiful mountain lake and enjoy the view before hiking over the second pass of the stage to our next hut.
Today is all about your heart’s dreams and your vision for life.
We (re)discover our life goals and gain a clear picture of them.
Pure walking time: approx. 5–6 hours
Day 3:
We head back to our first accommodation over another pass. After lunch, we’ll spend the afternoon on intensive coaching sessions (and relaxation ;-) )
Today is all about concrete implementation.

Day 4:
After breakfast and another session focused on content, we’ll hike leisurely back down into the valley.
