𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧: This is a general example; the exact schedule will depend on the group dynamics and energy of the moment. Our priority is for the retreat to flow naturally and for each activity to take place at the right time, rather than strictly adhering to a set schedule.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a maximum period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract by paying the reservation agreed between the customer and Cobra Journey. This right does not apply to bookings made less than 7 days before the start of the experience.

CANCELLATION BY COBRA JOURNEY
In the event of a session being canceled for reasons attributable to the company, the full amount paid will be refunded in full.

CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
Refunds can be made up to 60 days before the agreed date. After this period, the deposit paid will not be refunded. However, 50% of the total amount paid can be used for a new reservation, subject to availability, provided that the cancellation is made at least one month before the start of the event.

CHANGE VOUCHER
Cobra Journey can issue a voucher that allows you to reschedule your reservation or use it for another session without losing your deposit. This voucher is valid for nine (9) months from the date of issue. In the event of a difference in value of services, no refund will be made.

RESPONSIBILITY
Cobra Journey cannot be held responsible for external circumstances, acts of nature, delays, lost transportation, illness or any other situation that may prevent you from arriving at the agreed meeting point at the agreed time.

RESCHEDULING THE SESSION
You can only reschedule your reservation if you do so at least thirty (30) days before the start of your session, or for demonstrable reasons of force majeure related to health or logistics, always subject to the availability of Cobra Journey's scheduled program.
