Creative yoga journey to yourself

When autumn slowly arrives and nature shows its bright colors, this special time of year invites us to listen within. What can be harvested, what can be let go? This retreat gives you space to feel yourself, express yourself creatively and find new inspiration for your path.
We, Pauline and Marlene, invite you to connect with your heart and listen within on Friday afternoon with a heart-opening cocoa ceremony, gentle yoga and soothing sounds. An evening integration ritual will help you to anchor your first impressions and arrive mindfully in the here and now.
A varied day awaits you on Saturday: after a powerful Yogilates session (a mixture of yoga and Pilates), we will fortify ourselves over breakfast before you can choose between two creative impulse offers. You can either embark on a journey through words during creative writing with impulses from a self-made documentary film from Brazil with inspiring personalities - or you can immerse yourself in the connection between body and nature during a dance meditation in the open air.
After a lunch break, we will end the day with relaxing yin yoga and a sound journey. The collective kirtan in the evening opens up a space for connection and devotion - you are invited to become part of a harmonious whole with your voice.
On Sunday, hatha yoga and meditation will gently guide you back to yourself. A creative closing ritual rounds off the weekend and supports you in taking what you have experienced with you - as inspiration for your future path.
This retreat is open to everyone - no previous knowledge of yoga is necessary.

We live in the beautiful and cozy house Ananda in Golzow near Chorin. Ananda means bliss in Sanskrit 🙂 Behind the Ananda house is a large, enchanted garden with old trees and bushes, fire pits, lots of seating, a labyrinth and a former circus wagon. All around, nature with woods and meadows invites you to hike and recharge your batteries.

All-inclusive price accommodation & meals for the entire stay:

Single room: 233 euros

Double room: 187 Euro

Mixed triple or multi-bed room: 164 Euro

Individually furnished rooms are available. Each room has its own unique character and is dedicated to a specific place or theme.

Towels and bed linen can be rented for €10/person or, in the interests of sustainability, you can bring your own.

Costs for seminar room and final cleaning per person: €55

The total price is made up as follows:
Seminar fee (230 / 210€) + flat rate for accommodation / meals (depending on room type) + 55€ flat rate for seminar room / final cleaning

Three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) we are spoiled with freshly prepared, vegan / vegetarian, multicultural delicacies, which are prepared with a lot of love, care and joy from regional and organic food. Dishes inspired by Ayurveda or Hildegard von Bingen cuisine, home-baked spelt-based delicacies, home-made jams and fruit sauces ... a truly diverse culinary experience awaits us!

Arrival by car: Take the Chorin/Britz/Eberswalde exit from the A11. Turn left onto Joachimsthaler Straße in the direction of Golzow/Britz. After approx. 5 km in Golzow turn left into Alte Handelsstraße. Haus Ananda is on the right-hand side opposite the old village church. Attention Google Maps and navigation system! The town of Golzow exists three times in Brandenburg. The street names have not yet been changed on Google Maps and in the navigation system (Alte Handelsstr. is the Dorfstr.). Getting there by train The regional train stops every hour at Britz station near Eberswalde, 6 km from Golzow. Golzow also has a single-track railroad line that runs from Eberswalde to Joachimsthal, with a train leaving approximately every hour. Golzow station only has an emergency stop!
