Experience pure joie de vivre with Nia through movement and dance that bring body and mind into harmony. In daily sessions of 120 minutes each, we dedicate ourselves to "organic and natural movements" to promote lasting health and well-being. This special form of movement combines elements of dance and martial arts and allows you to feel your own body intensively and experience its uniqueness. Let yourself be inspired by the joy of movement and take away valuable impulses for your everyday life.

The 800-year-old square farm in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. Retreat and find peace and quiet at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

Immerse yourself with Nia in a unique movement experience that harmoniously combines dance, martial arts and body awareness and gives you pure joie de vivre. Two intensive sessions await you every day, during which you will immerse yourself in the world of Nia: The first sequence is dedicated to an hour of dance and movement to music, adapted to your personal level and daily form, so that you can either strengthen yourself or completely relax and recharge your batteries. You will then spend another 30 minutes getting to know the various Nia formats, such as Nia Moving to Heal and the Nia 5-Stages, which use gentle exercises on the floor or standing to bring you into deeper contact with your body and promote your balance, flexibility and stability.

At the end, we will reflect together on what we have experienced and explore how you can integrate the joy of movement and the feeling for your body into your everyday life in the long term. This special journey will give you new strength, flexibility and a deeper connection to yourself - and inspire you to continue to cultivate the lightness of movement in your daily life.

Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
