This 4-hour day retreat is an invitation to connect deeply with your heart - beyond words, beyond stories. In a lovingly held space, you can let go of what no longer belongs to you and reconnect with what makes you you: your inner glow.

The room is deliberately kept small and confidential - maximum 2-3 women.

IMPORTANT NOTES - CONTRAINDICATIONS
You should be both mentally and physically stable (i.e. not taking antidepressants, not suffering from eptilepsy or pregnancy and with normal blood pressure). Due to the breath journey, emotions can come to the surface. If you are unsure about your physical or mental condition, please contact me before booking.
It is recommended that you refrain from consuming meat, alcohol, drugs, strong spices, animal dairy products, sugar and coffee for at least 24 hours before this day retreat. You should also avoid watching movies or series as well as social media activities the evening before in order to have an optimal and pure experience on the retreat day.
Only eat a light breakfast in the morning and drink warm water. We will provide you with fresh fruit and nuts after the breathing journey.
Also ask yourself why you have chosen this day retreat and with what intention you would like to come. Prepare yourself mentally for the breathing journey, as it already begins with your thoughts and your intention.
