Your accommodation is located on the first floor and has its own entrance on the street side, as well as direct access to the garden on a private terrace of 7m². It is 40m² in size and is suitable for one or two people. It is equipped with a carpeted bedroom, double bed (2x90x200 cm) with adjoining separate WC;
a living room with two leather armchairs, table, satellite TV and mini-fridge, as well as a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee, CD player and radio. WLAN free of charge, coffee machine;
a bathroom with a large walk-in shower à Italienne, a sink and WC, as well as a towel dryer and hairdryer;
a private wooden terrace (with electric barbecue and garden furniture) opening onto a typical Breton garden of 400 m².

The accommodation without kitchen is intended for self-catering, apart from breakfast, which is included in the price. However, you can also organize your own breakfast (and then deduct €8/person/night), as you will find a bakery, numerous pubs and restaurants, crêperie, restaurants, café, pizzeria, kebab, organic food store and delicatessen in the town center - just a few steps away from your accommodation - as well as a great mini-supermarket on the town hall square!
There is a weekly market on Tuesday mornings (large). Saturday mornings is the organic market (small but mighty).
Quintin also has three supermarkets (Super U, Leclerc and Lidl) that are less than a kilometer from your accommodation on foot.
You can have breakfast on your private terrace or in your living room.
Apart from the bread and pastries, we provide everything you need for a sumptuous Breton breakfast. Your fridge will be stocked for your stay. You can get fresh bread and French/Breton delicacies according to your preferences in the excellent bakery - less than 300m on foot !

Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden, but not in the house.

You are in the BRETAGNE, in the bay of Saint-Brieuc between Saint-Malo and Paimpol on the Pink Granite Coast ! You can reach the coast and the nearest sandy beaches in 20 minutes by car! Close to the enchanting Chaos du Gouët...

You will be staying in a 19th century Breton granite house in the heart of the romantic former fortified town of Quintin, a charming village in the Côtes d'Armor with a dozen listed buildings and a rich urban heritage.

The house is located 150m from the basilica, the tourist office and the castle of Quintin, in the heart of the medieval town and its shopping streets with restaurants, bakery, bars, small supermarket, pharmacy, bookshop, souvenir store, crêperie, swimming pool, jewelry store, banks, organic food store, tobacco and press store, post office... etc.

Course location: Aurélia's bright and cozy artist's studio, where the original charm has been preserved: Natural stone and wooden beams, which is only 200 meters from your accommodation.
Everything is within walking distance!

The TGV train station of Saint-Brieuc can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in 35 minutes by bus (the Tibus stop is 600 m from the accommodation). The airports of Brest and Rennes are 1.5 hours away by car.
Are you coming by train ? We organize the transfer between the TGV station of Saint-Brieuc and your accommodation (for a fee) or you can reach Quintin with the Tibus number 5 (the stop is 600 m from the accommodation). On site, we can help you rent a car from 6€/day!
Are you coming by electric car ? There are 4 charging stations in the center and one of them is 80 m from your apartment !
