Sports & activity program In the mornings and evenings, the program includes yoga, meditation, intensive breathing exercises, and Pilates. The highly professional daily yoga practice deepens your experience. Meditation on the beach or in nature and intensive breathing exercises provide fresh energy! Energy and mindfulness coaching is always included! A vision quest shows you new things, nature rituals and mantra singing cleanse the mind and body and inspire. Three fantastic hikes in untouched, powerful, deserted nature in the middle of the national park, away from tourism, are a unique experience. Our incredibly diverse, transformative program leaves a lasting impression!
The program is planned as follows (individual & weather-related deviations are possible) PLEASE ASK US IN ADVANCE FOR THE DETAILED PROGRAM OR INFORMATION ABOUT THE YOGA TEACHER FOR YOUR DESIRED DATE!!! Day 1 - Arrival
• Pick-up at Agadir airport and transfer to accommodation (approx. 40 minutes) • Welcome tea and Moroccan pastries on the terrace • Beach walk to settle in • Program discussion before dinner Day 2 - Trekking along the coast and fishing village (approx. 3 hours)
• Sunrise yoga and breathing exercises • Breakfast • Hike in the national park: sandy beach, cliffs, bays, caves, tea break • Lunch at the accommodation • Afternoon free • Evening yoga Day 3 - Agadir excursion or beach day
• Morning yoga and breakfast • Optional: excursion to Agadir (visit to the souk and lunch together in a restaurant, visit to a pottery workshop) • Alternatively: free day at the beach and sunbathing • Walk on the beach at sunset Day 4 - Massa National Park (approx. 2.5 hours)
• Morning yoga and meditation • Breakfast • Hike in the national park through the riverbed and lagoon, bird and animal watching, ending at the beach • Lunch at the accommodation • Afternoon free • Evening yoga Day 5 - Little Sahara (approx. 3 hours)
• Morning qigong or yoga practice (depending on the group and teacher) • Breakfast • Jeep safari to the dunes of the "Little Sahara," hike, silent walk, and nature meditation • Lunch at a traditional restaurant • Afternoon free • Evening Pilates or similar (depending on the group and teacher)
Day 6 - Vision Day • Intensive morning yoga practice • Breakfast • Vision hike in the national park with mandala design • Lunch at the accommodation • Free time for relaxation • Evening yoga
Day 7 - Marrakech excursion or free day • Intensive morning yoga practice with breathing techniques - opens your airways, releases blockages and strengthens energy flow • Optional: Full-day excursion to Marrakech (mosque, palace, old town, jugglers' square) from 6 a.m.
• Alternatively: beach, swimming and relaxation • Dinner together at the accommodation • Sunset meditation on the beach Day 8 - Departure • No morning program • Breakfast • Check-out by 10:30 a.m. • Free time until transfer (for a fee)
