🌿 Design Your Life—an invitation to you In the midst of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, sometimes you need a conscious pause—a place where you can change your perspective, let go, and realign yourself. "Design Your Life" is exactly that space: seven days beyond roles, expectations, and routines. Seven days for you.

Together with other seekers, we open up a safe space where questions are welcome, orientation can grow – and your view of yourself can be reframed. A central component of this experience is systemic constellation work – an in-depth method for revealing hidden patterns and gaining new insights. This process is complemented by:

All participants are accommodated at the Pension Eichenhof in Sottrum, which is within walking distance. Scooters are also available for short trips.

Catering

Accommodation and meals: Self-catering, i.e. we cook together with our cook Alessandra, food is provided, water, coffee, and tea are included, other drinks are charged additionally.

A day with us – structure for clarity, space for insight Our days follow a soothing rhythm that provides orientation while remaining open to whatever may arise. Depending on the course of the seminar and the needs of the group, the schedule can be flexible.

6:30 a.m. – The day begins with a yoga session – an invitation to arrive in your own body. Afterwards – a shared breakfast – nutritious, calm, mindful. 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Morning session: impulses, conversations, new perspectives.
Lunch break – time for integration, for being alone or for exchange. 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – In the afternoon, we deepen what we have experienced – through thinking, feeling, understanding. Evening – a sundowner with the group, dinner together – arriving in the now.

Start: Friday, August 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. End: Friday, September 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Additional dates: September 8 to September 15, 2026 (for adults of all ages)

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 22 days before arrival, you will receive a 40% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If the service recipient cancels their participation in the event, the organizer will charge them a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice amount, unless otherwise agreed individually, provided that the cancellation is made up to five weeks before the start of the event. For cancellations up to three weeks before the start of the event, 40% of the participation fees will be charged. Cancellations up to one week before the start of the event will incur a fee of 80%. If the participant cancels less than one week before the start of the event or if the ongoing event is interrupted, the agreed fees will be payable in full, less any expenses saved.
