Why a detox retreat in March? In Ayurveda, the transition from winter to spring is a powerful phase of renewal. When Kapha increases, a targeted detox program supports the activation of your inner warmth, strengthens your vitality, and gets your energies flowing again. What to expect: At the beginning of the retreat, you will receive an individual Ayurvedic consultation with a personal constitution analysis. After dinner, there will be an introductory lecture in which Ayurveda specialist Anke will explain basic topics such as constitution, doshas, and nutrition and determine your personal constitution with the help of pulse diagnosis. Based on this, you will receive valuable recommendations that will help you maintain your balance in everyday life. The retreat focuses on Ayurvedic detox cuisine. Light, warm, and type-appropriate meals support the gentle cleansing of the body and promote vitality and well-being. You can find more information on this in the "Meals" section.
Daily yoga and meditation sessions help you release tension, deepen your breathing, and find inner peace. Gentle asanas, conscious breathing techniques, and guided meditations support you in reconnecting with yourself in a mindful way. The program is complemented by soothing Ayurvedic treatments. A deeply relaxing oil massage works on a physical and mental level and supports your detox process in a gentle, regenerating way. You can easily arrange your personal wellness appointment for an Abhyanga massage on site. A visit to the Premiumtherme Bad Staffelstein spa, including the sauna area, rounds off your stay as a special highlight and ensures holistic relaxation, even on a physical level.
