Dialogic formats alternate with relaxation, breathing and Qigong practice. In this way, we achieve a unity of body, mind and soul, enabling us to delve much deeper into the issues and transform them more easily.
Please note that the combination of dialog with Qigong is unique and is only offered once a year. In this way, we free ourselves from constant sitting in dialog and constant practice in Qigong and bring body, mind and soul together again.
The division between dialog and Qigong is approximately 50:50, but will be adapted individually during the retreat, depending on the situation and energy. In addition, there will be elements for individual deepening, one-to-one discussions and writing exercises. The overriding principle is self-care and voluntariness. Decide for yourself what is good for you.
