Our 4-day weekend is all about building strength, finding stillness, and connecting–both with yourself and others. Through a complete digital detox, you’ll step into a simpler world where nature sets the pace.
Imagine mornings filled with centering meditations, afternoons available to yourself or exploring nature, and engaging evenings with yin yoga, boxing or functional training.
Surrounded by like-minded people, you’ll share moments of laughter, deep conversation, and genuine connection. Our Digital Detox Weekend includes:
✔️ 2 daily sessions: Breathwork, Movement, Yin Yoga, Boxing or Functional training
✔️ 1 Ice bathing session
✔️ 3 nights in a cozy, modern hut (4 or 6 beds bedroom)
✔️ 1 organized hike
✔️ nourishing breakfast
💡 Free time during the day for yourself – space to recharge, go hiking, read, enjoy the nature, and connect with others.
🍳 Breakfast included – apart from that everyone brings what they enjoy (BBQ & kitchen available!) On Saturday we can go shopping again.
