In the face of global challenges, leadership needs new approaches: a retreat is an intensive time of concentrated contemplation in order to work in a new and clear way from within.
After all, companies need managers who have found access to their inner source and vitality.
This is how you create something sustainable.
Retreat leader:
Armin Ziesemer, a Swiss native of Salzburg, is an organizational and leadership developer, business coach and trainer in the DACH region.
He has been practicing zazen since 2008.
As co-producer of the podcast "Mit Brille und Bart", his voice has an impact on organizational development and business coaching.
He prefers to build on transactional analysis. As a certified storyteller, he uses the mechanisms of action of folk tales to access existential and mythological questions of life as well as a spirituality with a down-to-earth approach.
