In connection with your concern, we develop a picture task—a metaphor (it doesn't mean anything, but it can move something) or a remembered image. The picture is then painted slowly and with great attention—with the help of criteria that support optimal effect. While painting, contact with the picture is established, which leads to further steps.
The image tasks are also suitable for those who are inexperienced in painting.
