Centering breathing techniques accompany this movement practice. Individually tailored pranayama and the Buteyko method have a regulating effect on the nervous system and provide new energy. The focus is on a harmonious combination of breath, movement and inner experience. The Buteyko breathing method is characterized by conscious, slow, shallow breathing, mainly through the nose.
Between the sessions, there are consciously designed times for reflection, silence or exchange. Small rituals in harmony with the elements and moments of contemplation in nature - perhaps on a walk with a view over the fields or by the tranquil natural bathing pond - deepen the experience.
Andrea Rainer creates a safe environment in which both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome. The retreat is aimed at people who are longing for inner alignment, who want to strengthen their nerve power and take away new impulses for everyday life.
The surrounding area also invites you to take a break: Hiking trails lead directly from the farm through the meadows and forests of the Mühlviertel hills.
