There are two in-depth sessions each day - one in the morning and one in the late afternoon.
The day begins with gentle yoga, breath work and self-awareness exercises. The yoga sessions not only strengthen the nervous system, but also support emotional balance. Breathing techniques - such as conscious abdominal breathing or prolonged exhalation - are powerful tools for anchoring yourself anew in the midst of everyday life. Gentle and beneficial breathing exercises are practiced in such a way that they can be integrated into everyday life at home.
In the evening, the calming magic of the singing bowls unfolds. In a sound bath, fine vibrations and harmonious frequencies envelop your body like a warm carpet of sound. The vibrations of the singing bowls penetrate deep into the cells, promoting deep relaxation and creating space for regeneration. In the sound space, it is easier to focus your attention on your body. Many participants report a feeling of spaciousness, inner lightness and better sleep after a sound bath. Sound yoga, sound meditation and sound relaxation are also our instruments for emotional well-being.
In the soothing surroundings of the finca - with spa, sauna and indoor saltwater pool - this journey inwards deepens all by itself. Between sessions, there is plenty of time to reflect, go for a walk or simply enjoy the Mediterranean garden.
