With free movement, energy work and professional guidance, you will activate your self-healing powers - without any pressure to perform, but with a lot of heart, music and joy.

In El Médano and the surrounding area, there is a wide range of accommodation to suit every budget - from hotels to vacation apartments and hostels. El Médano is known for its lively water sports atmosphere. Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere will find the perfect oasis of peace behind the mountain of El Médano, at Montana Roja in La Tejita. Here you can take long walks in the nature reserve and enjoy the beautiful beach of La Tejita, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife.

There are excellent bus connections from the surrounding villages to the retreat location of Casita Silencio, right by the sea. Depending on the weather and the wishes of the group, it is also possible to hold a meditation directly on the sandy beach of La Tejita or near Montana Roja.
