In the workshop, we strengthen the senses and open ourselves to the living in and around us.
With a variety of body therapy settings such as dance/movement, deep breath work, body awareness, encounters, discussion circles and nature experiences, we strengthen our connection to ourselves, set energies in motion and allow our thoughts to become freer.
A protected experiential space allows for intensive self-awareness and opening up in order to get closer to oneself, to feel and express oneself and to activate personal sources of strength. Through breathing and movement, held energy is released and vitality set free. The community, nature and bodywork offer wonderful opportunities to broaden the horizon of experience, release emotional and physical blockages, question old patterns of behavior and come into the connecting power.
It is important to me to create a natural, trusting space of experience together in order to encounter inner and outer sources of strength and to feel the deep, living connection to oneself, the community and nature. As a body therapist, I have many years of experience in group dynamic processes. If you are unsure about psychological or physical issues, please contact me in advance for clarification. My working background includes Skan body therapy, a form of body therapy with a Reichian influence.
