Just as summer brings more light and joy, the aim of the exercise days is to use mindfulness and meditation to experience this not only on the outside, but also on the inside. In simple terms, mindfulness can be seen as an exercise in letting go. This letting go also means an increase in being and quality of life. It is about the experience of being in the present moment.
This workshop is suitable for people with and without previous experience. Through meditation and mindfulness, you can discover your inner resources and achieve more serenity and contentment in your life.
Interested parties and practitioners from disciplines such as Zen, yoga or MBSR are also welcome to deepen their experience via the path of stillness. People who have no experience in mindfulness training or meditation are welcome to contact me for more information about the process.
