Expressive painting - painting vacations in Mecklenburg near the Baltic Sea

When you paint intuitively, you enter into a flow of energy - colors and shapes emerge with which you enter into an inner dialogue. Your painting develops its own dynamic and you can discover shapes that you pick up on and pursue further until they perhaps become concrete motifs. In this way, you gain confidence in your creativity and open yourself up to your - often still unconscious - inner images, which gradually take shape before you. An experienced painting guide will support you in finding your next step if you wish.

No previous painting experience is necessary, but you do need the courage, curiosity and openness to embark on a journey of discovery. All participants go their own way. I look forward to accompanying you! The group consists of a maximum of 7 participants.

In the mornings, you will paint with bright gouache colors on large sheets of paper on the wall. The afternoons are free - for bike tours to the Baltic Sea (20 min.), a daily changing one-hour meditation offer, for a treatment in the adjoining Tao health center, for the sauna, the hammock in the manor house park and much more.

The most comfortable accommodation is at the Bio- und Gesundheitshotel Gutshaus Stellshagen, as the studio is located right next to the fragrance garden. During the painting courses in the low season, an overnight stay with a vegetarian/vegan breakfast and evening buffet in 100% organic quality costs 98 euros per person in a single room and 78 euros per person in a double room. In July and August the prices are 133 euros per person in a single room and 107 euros per person in a double room. Please note: it is not possible to book rooms for the painting courses via the hotel's website, but only via your own e-mail address or telephone number.

The village of Stellshagen is part of Klützer Winkel in northwest Mecklenburg and is located between Lübeck and Wismar. The Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen is 20 minutes away by bike and 10 minutes by car. There are beautiful wild beaches to the west and east of Boltenhagen. From the hotel you can walk through woods and meadows to Bothmer Castle in 20 minutes. With its park, it is the largest baroque castle complex in Mecklenburg.

The kitchen at Gutshaus Stellshagen takes allergies and intolerances into consideration - gluten-free and much more.

Sun 17-ca.18:30: Getting to know each other and introduction 1.5 hours. Dinner together

Mon-Thu: Seminar time 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., including approx. 30 min. introduction and 2.5 hours of painting. The afternoons and evenings are free. Those staying at the hotel can take part in the hotel's program free of charge.

Fri 11-12:30: Closing with the paintings

By car via the A20 to Grevesmühlen, then follow the signs to Boltenhagen/Damshagen/Stellshagen.
For rail travelers, Grevesmühlen is the destination station. From there, a shuttle will take you to the hotel by appointment, journey time 15 minutes.
