Start of the seminar: Thursday, May 22 at 3:30 p.m.
3:30 to 6 p.m.: Eye yoga & eye qigong, relaxation techniques, trance journey
6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Evening meal
20:30 to 21:30: Eye exercises & meditation
Friday, May 23 & Saturday, May 24:
8-9:30 a.m.: Vegetarian or vegan breakfast
9:30 am to 12 noon: Eye yoga & eye qigong, massage & acupressure, findings from neuro-research
1 p.m.: Lunch (possible in addition to the half board for an extra charge)
from 2 pm: free time in nature / hiking, massages, wellness
4 to 6 pm: eye yoga & eye qigong, shiatsu techniques, neuro and coordination training in the group & partner exercises
6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Evening meal and cozy exchange or time for yourself
Sunday, May 25:
8-9:30 a.m.: vegetarian or vegan breakfast
9:30 am to 12:30 pm: eye yoga & eye qigong / repetition of the exercises / time for questions
1 pm: Lunch and final round
End of retreat: 2 p.m.
On request, an earlier arrival or later departure can be booked and organized directly through the hotel, depending on room availability.
