All meals at the Mountain Retreat Center are vegetarian-vegan. The most important meal of the day, at least according to the Chinese, is breakfast. That's why we place particular emphasis on a good, healthy breakfast – always including warm porridge. For lunch, you can enjoy soup, bread, and spreads, and in the evening, you will be treated to a delicious buffet with salad, creative vegetarian-vegan main courses, and dessert. Always fresh and cooked with seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Food intolerances can be accommodated if notified in advance.

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to maintain their youthful appearance in a natural way and gently counteract the signs of aging. You will learn to better understand the fine muscles of the face and how to strengthen them in a targeted manner. Special exercises will tighten the facial features and make the contours clearer and more defined. Special attention is paid to the eye and mouth areas—areas where the first signs of aging are often most visible.

Tension in the jaw, shoulders, and neck is also relieved through specific techniques, which not only promotes relaxation but also increases your overall well-being. Gentle self-massages and the activation of marma points improve blood circulation, stimulate skin regeneration, and give you a fresher, more vital appearance.

In addition, you will receive valuable Ayurvedic recommendations that support your beauty and health from within. Simple, effective meditations complement this, ensuring that your mind is at peace and your facial features appear visibly more relaxed. This holistic combination of face yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation not only strengthens your outer radiance but also your inner balance.

Arriving by car Take the A8 motorway (from Munich or Salzburg) and exit at Frasdorf, heading towards Aschau. From there, it is a 15-minute drive to Sachrang.

Arriving by train Take the train or bus to Aschau or Prien im Chiemgau. From there, you can either take the bus (few connections) or a taxi to Sachrang. Taxi fare from Aschau to the Mountain Retreat Center is approximately €35. Arriving by plane The nearest airports are Munich or Salzburg: continue by train or bus.
