With us you are self-cookers - but with our fully equipped kitchen with spices and much more, we offer the ideal basis for cooking courses, hobby cooking and more. We also offer catering options with nearby restaurants - or we can arrange a chef for your event. Doing the dishes is a dream with our gastromachine!
Our professional and large kitchen is not only a place for preparing food, but also a space that brings the joy of cooking together to life. Your food can be stored carefree in 2 walk-in cold rooms. If required, we can prepare a dining room with seating for you. If you don't want to cook yourself, our first-class catering service is at your disposal.

You contact us as a seminar leader for your offer - we will help you to offer the seminar with us. You can also reach our supporters via our platform and the entire valley via the tourist office. You as a seminar leader are free of charge, your participants pay us - or you book everything at your own risk - just as you wish. We are also happy to help with menu planning if required. If we advertise your offer with us, it will automatically be advertised on the homepage of the Valsurses tourism association. We also send a newsletter 4 times a year to our Elaner friends with all our offers!

Team cooking event - best location for it! We've even had 50 people for a team cooking event - and they loved it!

Our spacious terrace is a real treasure that invites you to enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama of Graubünden to the full. With enough space for up to 150 people, it is the ideal place for your special outdoor event. Comfortable lounge furniture awaits you here, perfectly arranged under shady trees or parasols and surrounded by lovingly tended greenery.

Accessible by public transport / SBB:
Train to Tiefencastel GR, change to bus no. B577 direction Savognin, change at the bus stop Cunter, vischnanca to bus B 581. Get off at the bus stop Pulens in Salouf. Then walk up the small road in the direction of "Restaurant ELA" - approx. 5 - 10 minutes. You will be greeted warmly at the large parking lot with the sign "ELAfora".

Accessible by car - we have space for 20 vehicles in our parking lot.
