Deep regeneration - new lightness
Immerse yourself in a week full of movement, mindfulness and regeneration. In this retreat, we dedicate ourselves to fascia yoga with joy and ease and find a new balance - both physically and mentally.
In the morning, we start the day with activating and energizing yoga classes that specifically address the fascial tissue. Gentle, flowing movements get our bodies moving, give us vitality and awaken new life energy.
In the evening, we immerse ourselves in the world of Yin Yoga. In this calmer practice, we linger longer in the asanas and thus work on the deeper layers of our body. Supported by meditative breathing and mindful meditation, we let go of stress and tension and create space for relaxation and inner balance.
Fascia yoga strengthens our connective tissue, makes us more flexible and supports our body's self-healing powers. Discomfort, tension and pain can dissolve - lightness and well-being spread. Tools such as tennis balls and fascia rollers help us to make the exercises even more targeted and effective.
