In this fasting and walking course with yoga, you will not only relax physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Yoga and various forms of fasting or vegan-based diets are ideal combinations for finding specific solutions to the demands of everyday life, detoxifying and regenerating the body. Hiking and other physical activities round off the program.
Make sure you feel better! Fasting or eating only alkaline foods and still getting plenty of exercise - is that possible? Isn't that pretty crazy?cNot at all - quite the opposite! It's pretty crazy to spend the whole week sitting in the office and/or in front of the TV, not moving and still eating! At least that's how our ancestors would have seen it. In the long term, our bodies are much better adapted to exercise and little food than vice versa.
Yoga focuses on the person as a whole and consists of physical and breathing exercises as well as meditation. We practise basic yoga for relaxation and strengthening, which is suitable for all levels and tailored to fasting regeneration. We introduce the meditation techniques with Heart Chakra Meditation, a combination of movement to meditative music followed by a resting phase.
Massage and sauna
Our massage team provides soothing massages in the monastery with individual treatments according to your wishes and needs. Directly below the monastery hill is a swimming pool with sauna area, the Wiedtalbad.
