Summary

I invite you to join me for a Buchinger-style fast at Lluc Monastery in the Tramuntana Mountains—a mindful retreat far removed from everyday life. This includes water from the monastery’s sacred spring, freshly squeezed orange juice, and an evening vegetable soup.

If you’d like, you can break your fast on the final morning with a crisp apple.

This deep cleansing and reset retreat is accompanied by Qi Gong and meditation, as well as easy to moderately difficult hikes in the monastery’s beautiful surroundings, and a Medicine Walk, where you set out on the hike with a question in mind and let nature provide the answers.

Accommodation in a superior double room for single use with a private bathroom.

If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
