"No Fear of Anything" is a unique 8-day seminar (7 nights) in which participants live, learn, and cook together with the facilitator, just like in a shared apartment. The price includes lodging, full board (primarily vegetarian and featuring organic food and beverages), seminar facilitation, materials, a guest pass, and VAT.
The maximum number of participants is 6, ensuring that each participant has enough time for a daily, individual conversation with the facilitator. What it’s all about: Stepping away from everyday life—into a world that can mark the beginning of a new, fear-free life through a realignment of one’s own habits, views, and thought patterns.
The exercises offered (mindfulness, relaxation, acceptance...) are practiced both in the group and during the retreat and can be easily integrated into daily life after the course. The forest, garden, and house serve as our practice spaces. The daily tasks each participant undertakes provide the practical setting for applying the theory and can be understood as hands-on learning experiences. These alternate with times when you are simply allowed to BE—without doing anything. The program draws on forms of Japanese philosophy and psychology (Morita Therapy, Naikan, and Zen), some of which trace back to millennia-old Asian and European wisdom (Confucius, Socrates).
By the end of the week, you will have a roadmap for how to shape a contented, self-determined, and constructive life. You will be less dependent on your fears, thoughts, and feelings, and thus able to face certain challenges with greater composure. We expressly note that our seminar is not a substitute for therapy, but can certainly complement it.
