This retreat is a loving invitation to all mourners who have lost a loved one in their lives. Whether mother, father, son, daughter, boyfriend, girlfriend; whether the loss was recent or you have been living with the loss for some time, whether the pain is still fresh or comes in waves - this weekend offers you a protected space for yourself and your emotions.

You can expect a lovingly composed program of gentle Yin Yoga and activating Kundalini Yoga, accompanied by calming meditations, breathing exercises and the singing of healing mantras and medicine songs. The sounds of the harmonium, ukulele and my voice will accompany you on your journey of healing and support you in finding peace and hope in the midst of grief. Even if you have never done yoga before, you are very welcome.
We will also walk in silence and one evening use the powerful symbolism of the campfire to find comfort and healing.
The Feel & Heal Retreat opens up a healing and safe space for you to let your emotions flow as you connect with your inner self through movement and sound. We find solace in community and draw strength from our mutual support.
The basic rule for the weekend is: everything can, nothing must. You simply see what is good for you and what you feel like.
