A space that feels like an endless summer day: warm, expansive, and gentle. We combine Katonah Yoga, Yin Yoga, Somatics, meditation, and breathwork with the qualities of water and earth. When the weather is nice, we teach outdoors in the morning, letting nature, the weather, and the open space become part of the practice. We’d like to invite you to a place where you feel at ease with yourself, where beauty can simply be again, and where connection is palpable.
Perhaps you know that feeling between appointments, deadlines, and caregiving: you just don’t have time, no “me time”—everything else seems more important than you. Your nervous system is in overload. You feel burned out, even if you somehow manage to function. And then there’s that familiar FOMO whispering: If I take a break now, I’ll miss out on something.
We invite you to release the pressure from your system. With breath that creates space again. Somatic movements that bring you back to sensation. Yin Yoga that releases tension and allows you to regenerate. And cozy evenings by the campfire, where no one expects anything from you and you can simply be with the moon and the stars.
Let yourself arrive: in your body, in this moment. Feel how, in this magical connection, things fall into place and you return to your energy, to your time, to yourself.
Join us and experience an unforgettable journey to yourself!
