In this yoga retreat, the focus is on you - with everything you bring with you: Body, thoughts, feelings, strengths, doubts. Away from external demands, together we create a space in which self-acceptance, mindfulness and inner peace can grow.
We practise yoga twice a day in a loving and mindful way. Breathing exercises (pranayama), mindful movement sequences (asanas) and silent sequences (meditation) accompany us on our journey inwards. The exercises are gentle, accessible and invite you to feel your own center again - beyond performance thinking or self-optimization.
Impulses on topics such as self-care, inner attitude, energetic work (e.g. with mantras, mudras, chakras) as well as sound journeys or music deepen the practice. Between the sessions, there is time for walks in nature, retreats or group discussions - whatever feels right for you.
The Mountain Retreat Center offers a deliberately simple, warm environment with healthy, vegetarian and vegan food. Here you can come to rest, take a deep breath and meet yourself with a new openness - supported by an atmosphere of mindfulness, silence and lightness.
Scope of the program
On all full program days, there is a two-hour yoga session in the morning and another in the afternoon. On the day of arrival and departure there is one session each, so that you can arrive relaxed and leave in peace. The free time in between can be used individually - for walks, retreats or simply doing nothing.
