Get to know the many facets of Mallorca during the yoga and hiking week and arrive in the moment. In spring and fall, the tranquil, original island life is palpable - a special treat. On our hikes (two to four hours), which take you through different landscapes, you will experience original villages, colorful markets, the diverse flora and learn interesting facts about the culture and history of the Balearic island.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Depending on the daily program, we start the day in the morning with a yoga session (1 hour). A further exercise session (1.5 hours) is planned for later in the afternoon. The basis of the teaching is Hatha Yoga, whereby the yoga classes can be either dynamic and flowing or meditative and relaxed. The program leader incorporates her experience from other forms of movement. It is important to her to convey precise physical alignment and to enable participants to immerse themselves in deeper layers of the body. This creates "meditation in motion" and a clear, healthy feeling for body and mind. The yoga classes are suitable for yoga beginners and more experienced participants alike.
Depending on the time of year and the weather, we explore the island's impressive landscapes on foot on three hikes (two to four hours, easy level of difficulty).
The program depends on the weather and is subject to change. The arrival and departure days are free of program.
We take a minibus to the starting points of some of the hikes.
For the full-day hikes, you will receive a packed lunch instead of lunch at the finca.
Depending on your mood and the weather, the afternoon yoga sessions can also take place by the sea or in the beautiful natural surroundings.
