Through HUMAN DESIGN you will get to know yourself much better, find your way back to yourself ... "what if you are already good just the way you are? ... That's a really relieving thought, isn't it?
Through CONSTRAINTS WORK we will then find solutions together for the blockages that have prevented you from following this path so far.

It's a weekend to arrive, reflect and return to your life with new strength and clarity.

Come along and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Hofgut Rineck - a real power place for clarity and reflection. I have deliberately chosen it for this and am really looking forward to it.

🌸 Physical integration with Elke-Anita Burghart
During all retreats, the entire process is lovingly accompanied and deepened by Elke-Anita Burghart's bodywork, massages and essential oils.

Her work supports you - if desired - in integrating what you have experienced not only mentally and emotionally, but also on a physical level.

The essential oils she uses act like a fragrant key that opens up access points and gently supports inner processes.
Each treatment is an individual ritual, finely tuned to you, your issues and your current state - nourishing, clarifying and connecting.

Accommodation

A beautiful place with wonderful surroundings. The estate is situated in a unique, secluded location on 180 hectares - surrounded by fields, nature and forests that offer space for peace, inspiration and relaxation. So you can find very special places in your free time.
The kitchen stands for fresh, vegetarian dishes, which are mainly prepared with organically grown ingredients. Your well-being is therefore well catered for.
The rooms are lovingly furnished with high-quality, solid wood furniture and have their own bathroom. They are a wonderful place to recharge your batteries in addition to the seminar.
The seminar rooms are also bright and very friendly.
For our weekend we have a room with 50 square meters available, in which we will certainly feel comfortable.
Shared meals are always possible, but if you need time out to reflect, you can do that too. So that you get the framework program that you feel most comfortable with, you can choose your room and meals yourself and book them directly at the Hofgut.

Catering

The cuisine at the Hofgut is truly phenomenal, wonderful dishes are lovingly prepared, mostly with produce from the farm.
You can decide for yourself whether you want to eat vegan or vegetarian.

Friday:
Arrive & immerse yourself
from 15:00:
Arrival of participants, time to check in to your reserved room and arrive.
18:00:
Dinner together in a cozy atmosphere to get to know each other.
19:30:
Introduction & welcome round.
You will receive your personal Human Design Chart printout and we will take a first look at this fascinating map of the soul.

Saturday:
Analysis & Solution
09:00 am
We dive deeper into Human Design. We will work on the three most important building blocks of your chart: your energy type, your authority to make the right decisions and your roles in life.
We are happy to use individual examples from your chart to anchor what we have learned.
14:00
Introduction to constellation work.
You will get to know this powerful method to uncover, look at and lovingly dissolve blockages that are holding you back.
This is followed by the opportunity for personal constellations in a group or individual setting.
7:30 p.m.
Free time and/or individual constellations.

Sunday:
Reflection & farewell
09:00 a.m.
We use the remaining time for further constellation work and reflection.
You will have the opportunity to clarify open questions and internalize the insights gained.
At noon:
Lunch together as a nice conclusion to the retreat.
From 14:00
Farewell and journey home with new clarity and strengthened energy.

Practical information:
8 rooms have been reserved for the retreat at the Gutshof, which you can book yourself.
Meals can be chosen individually.
We are happy to have breakfast, lunch or dinner together.
Dogs can be brought along after consultation with the Gutshof, but must stay in the room out of consideration for all participants.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a 40% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 10% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be made after this date.
Cancellations must be made in writing in order to be processed.
