Treat yourself to an inspiring retreat featuring yoga, meditation, relaxation, nature, and so much more!
This yoga weekend offers invigorating and calming yoga sessions (Hatha and Yin Yoga), meditation and Yoga Nidra, breathing exercises (Pranayama), and forest bathing in the beautiful, idyllic natural surroundings of the Rhön.
Outside of the yoga sessions, there is time that can be spent entirely according to your own needs: for example, simply enjoying some solitude, reading, taking a walk in the expansive monastery park, or having inspiring conversations with like-minded people. In this way, you’ll promote your physical health and mental clarity while developing a relaxed and peaceful state of being.
Experienced yoga teacher Claudia Jörg will guide you through this weekend with a holistic program featuring yoga, breathing exercises, guided meditations, nerve regulation exercises to strengthen resilience and composure in stressful situations, as well as yogic mental training, and much more.
