3-day sports course to keep your immune system strong and healthy through the winter. Especially in the transition from summer to the cold season, our body needs special attention so that we don't immediately catch a cold or even the flu. To boost the immune system, I offer you a coordinated, immune-boosting outdoor and indoor sports program including a lecture on the topic: "Are nutritional supplements necessary in winter?" Here you will find out whether and if so, which nutritional supplements or vitamins are useful. Join us and get your winter immunity kick! Water and small, healthy snacks during training are included!

Arrival on Friday by 3 pm at the latest, departure on Sunday from 3 pm. Daily 2 hours of outdoor or indoor sports program (depending on the weather), additional lecture on Saturday.
