Fill up on vitamin D and do sport! In 2024, we will once again be drawn to the sunny island of Tenerife in winter. Here we find the ideal conditions for an active trip with sport, sun, beach and fun. Accommodation

Hotel GF Isabel**** (Costa Adeje)

This beautiful hotel awaits you with 2 heated outdoor pools and charming, low-lying apartments and bungalows with pool, sea or mountain views. Playa de Fañabe beach is just an 8-minute walk away. The Hotel GF Isabel is located in the south of Tenerife. The apartments are very spacious and have a balcony/terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with bathtub.

At all pools you will find an area with sun loungers, air mattresses, parasols and towels, which can be used free of charge.

Catering

Breakfast and 3 dinners at the hotel are included (buffet, excluding drinks).
Further dinners: In the evening, we often go out for dinner together or in smaller groups to round off an eventful day. We also know good restaurants that are not tourist traps

Here you can get an overview of our training times. On average, our participants take part in 2-3 sessions a day. So treat yourself to some time out - true to the motto: EVERYTHING CAN, NOTHING MUST!

We offer numerous workouts and training methods. This week you will also get to know new training methods. Every day is slightly different in terms of the workouts. We offer you an effective mix of endurance, strength, relaxation and coordination training every day. Our course plan provides the basic framework. The hike/s start after breakfast.

8.00 AM - 9.00 AM: Bootcamp
At the good morning boot camp, you can look forward to strength and endurance training in the great outdoors. We take advantage of the "natural" conditions and go full throttle together.

11.30 AM - 12.30 AM: Theraband training/Tabata
At 11:30 a.m. we always like to offer somewhat "relaxed/static" workshops/training sessions. For Theraband training, for example, we usually split into two groups. At 11:30 a.m. there is usually a strengthening part on the program.

15.00 AM - 16.00 PM: Beach volleyball/ self-defense or simply RELAXING
If you feel like it, you can put your beach volleyball skills to the test on the beach. We look forward to great beach sessions with you. Alternatively, we also offer a session on the basics of self-defense.

4.30 PM - 5.30 PM: Mobility/Stretching/Core Tabata
At the end of the day, you can do something for your mobility again during the mobility training or even wind down. Or you can get your back and six-pack burning with the Core Tabata.

Training times, sessions and trainers may vary. We reserve the right to make changes.

Hike Roque del Conde (short description): The Conde is an ancient ritual site of the indigenous people of Tenerife and the most striking mountain formations in the south. It is one of the most beautiful panoramic peaks on the island.
Other: approx. 500 meters in altitude (destination: altitude 1001m). Total duration approx. 4-4.5 hours (depending on group size, incl. travel time, transfer costs of approx. 10-15€ per person apply).
Clothing: Trekking shoes/hiking boots (not running shoes) are also recommended here. If the weather cooperates, a windbreaker or sweater is sufficient. Don't forget water and a snack. There is no mountain hut here 😉

Arrival

Flight information: The nearest airport is Tenerife South (approx. 20 km from the hotel). The airport is served by almost all major airports. Flights to Tenerife North (approx. 65 km away) are also possible. However, you would have to plan for additional transfer costs.

If you cancel up to 9 days before arrival, you will receive a 85% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy for individuals:

Up to 60 days before departure: 30%

From 59 - 40 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the trip price

from 39th - 20th day before departure: 60% of the tour price

from 19th - 10th day before departure: 80% of the tour price

from 9th - 2nd day before departure: 85% of the tour price

And on the day of departure, 95% of the tour price in the event of cancelation after departure or no-show.
