A sample day with us:
Here you can get an overview of our training times. On average, our participants take part in 2-3 sessions a day. So treat yourself to some time out - true to the motto: EVERYTHING CAN, NOTHING MUST!
We will offer numerous workouts and training methods. This means you will also get to know new training methods during this time. Every day is slightly different in terms of the workouts. We offer you an effective mix of endurance, strength, relaxation and coordination training every day.
8.00 - 9.00 a.m.: CrossLethics or relaxation session
Strength and endurance unit for every performance level. Depending on the size of the group, we offer an alternative session (e.g. relaxation session such as mobility, yoga, Pilates or fascia training - depending on the team of trainers).
11.30 - 12.30: HIT such as a strength unit or coordination training
You can expect a Thera-Band/Miniband workout or interesting coordination training, for example
12.30 - 16.30: Relaxation & wellness
Take advantage of the hotel's spa facilities and treat your body to relaxation and rest.
16.30 - 17.15: Core tabata/back fitness
Concentrated sports unit to mobilize and strengthen the core of the body.
17.30 - 18.15: Bootcamp or stretching
Work out please! ∼ Intensive sports unit in the field, similar to military training. Here we use the possibilities offered by the location: e.g. dips on benches, sprinting up a mountain and much MORE. If you don't want to push yourself any further, you can also take part in a longer relaxation/stretching unit (e.g. yoga, fascia training or Pilates - depending on the trainer) at the same time.
