Every day is a little different in terms of workouts. We offer you an effective mix of endurance, strength, relaxation, and coordination training every day. A special kind of motivation boost; a variety of sports in the fresh North Sea air with licensed fitness trainers; unique team spirit in a relaxed group atmosphere; wellness and retreat options so you can relax.
This break from everyday life is suitable for everyone. We put together a fitness and activity plan tailored to the short week and motivate you from start to finish. The most important motto: everything is possible, nothing is mandatory! Want some examples? Look forward to outdoor boot camps, team workouts, circuit training, relaxation sessions, beach walks, running training, and lots of team spirit.
Our sports program: Jogging/walking: endurance training at a moderate pace. We take advantage of the beautiful landscape for our jogging sessions. Team CrossFit: a unique fitness program for the whole body. CrossFit is the basic fitness program of many special forces, elite military units, professional martial artists, and many top athletes around the world. No other fitness program is as versatile and sets such clear standards at the same time. Power workout: Abs, legs, and butt workout on the beach, body toning & strengthening. Circuit training: Different exercises to increase speed, strength, and endurance. Stretching/mobility: Light stretching exercises, regeneration & flexibility.
Boot camp: We use natural features such as stairs, benches, and dunes to work out together on the beach. Hike: Of course, a great beach hike is a must. TABATA workout: An effective full-throttle workout.
Bike tour: We will also offer an optional bike tour. You can bring your own bike, but we can also rent decent bikes on site (price between €12–15). And much more!
