with flowing vinyasa classes in the morning, mindful meditation and deliberate pranayama exercises, as well as relaxed evening yin sessions, we can let go of any stress and recharge our batteries.

In this retreat, we want to forget about everyday life for a week, let go of all the hustle and bustle and fully arrive at the beautiful place by the sea and at ourselves.
Morning Glow: Energy, alignment and strength
We start the day a little more calmly with a short mindful meditation or breathing exercise. This is followed by a dynamic Vinyasa Flow sequence that combines strengthening and stretching asanas with flowing movements. In the Pilates units, we integrate targeted exercises to strengthen the core, promote flexibility and improve posture. This is how we start the day together and bring body and mind into harmony.
Relax & Recover in the evening
In the evening, we will hold selected positions a little longer in calm yin yoga sequences. This practice helps us to let go on a physical, mental and emotional level and end the day calm, relaxed and fulfilled.
A new theme every day
Each day of the retreat follows a special theme that runs through meditation, pranayama, yoga and Pilates sequences. Depending on the focus, we can practice heart openings, balancing exercises, inversion postures or arm balances, while using the power of Pilates practice to stabilize our core and strengthen the whole body. We are invited to explore and expand our boundaries. The practice is accompanied by music, mantras, quotes or stories to immerse us even deeper into the experience.
Flow & Grow - growing with ease
Under the motto "Flow & Grow", we feel a little more lightness every day and draw new energy. At the end of the week, we return to everyday life with a good feeling full of inner contentment, peace and bliss - and perhaps we will be able to recall these positive feelings for a moment long after the retreat through the beautiful images and memories.
