Surrounded by the sea, wide open spaces, and nature, you can consciously take time for yourself for a week – far away from everyday life, expectations, and the inner pressure to always have to function.
A balanced yoga practice awaits you on the Atlantic coast: flowing, powerful Vinyasa Yoga in the morning to wake you up and give you energy. Clear sequences, conscious transitions, and space to find your own rhythm. In the evening, things slow down with Yin Yoga, gentle mobilization, breathing exercises, and meditations that help you let go and find peace.
This is not about achieving more and more. It's about getting back in touch with yourself. Your body can be strong, tired, flexible, or calm—there's room for everything. Yoga is not a goal, but a tool to help you feel better. The retreat takes place in a relaxed surf camp on the Portuguese coast—a place that combines movement, nature, and freedom. Whether you surf, run barefoot through the sand, or simply watch the sea, the environment supports what happens on the mat—allowing space, breathing deeply, being present. In addition to the yoga retreat, our camp program consists of surfing, open yoga classes for everyone, excursions, and small group events, such as a campfire. Between your scheduled yoga sessions and mealtimes, you are free to organize your day as you wish. At the beginning of the week, there is a taster surfing course for anyone who would like to try this water sport. If you feel like more, you can book additional courses during the week or use our surfing equipment independently and jump into the water. The same applies to our yoga equipment, which is always available to you outside of the sessions.
If you feel like it, you can also explore the region, walk on the beach or hike in the Sierra D'arga, visit a regional market or take a day trip to the picturesque city of Porto.
