Tatjana Kremer is a trained and certified health manager, relaxation coach, and nature-resilience trainer. For many years, she has supported participants as a coach and seminar leader in promoting health, managing stress, and strengthening their resilience.
Günther Budde is a trained and certified relaxation and resilience trainer, fasting guide, and sleep expert. He shares his practical expertise through inspiring lectures and seminars. In addition, Günther leads workshops focused on achieving a personalized physical balance between mind and body.
