Free your soul - wilderness weekend in the horse herd for women

We camp on the pasture. Please bring a tent :-) During the time-out weekends and the summer retreat, we camp directly on the pasture next to the herd. This allows us to experience the horses in a particularly intense way. In addition, we can connect even more deeply with nature and are accompanied to sleep by the sounds of the animals and awakened in the morning by the chirping of the birds.

On weekends and during summer camp, we prepare our food together over a fire. Everyone brings something to contribute. We have the basics on site. We learn to trust that everything we need is there. Our experience has taught us that we are always taken care of.

- Lunch - Horseback riding or walking with the horses in the forest - Journaling - Closing circle We enjoy singing together with you, and there are always impulses that you can follow up on while interacting with the horses.

During the weekend retreat, we have dinner together and end the day with music, singing, conversation, and being around the campfire. We start the morning with yoga, meditation, and/or physical exercises, a good morning circle, and breakfast. Then we reconnect with the animals and ride them or go for a walk, depending on our courage and desire.

80 km northeast of Berlin, horses graze on natural pastures surrounded by beautiful countryside and rustic forests. You can take the train to Altranft, where we will be happy to pick you up. We will help you organize a ride to Sonnenburg.
