The day begins with an activating yoga practice that brings body, mind and breath into harmony. Gentle but deeply effective exercises and energetic knowledge from yoga strengthen your life energy and open you up to new experiences. In inspiring theory sessions in the morning, you will receive valuable impulses on how you can consciously support your self-healing - even in everyday life.
In the afternoon, a relaxing yoga practice will lead you into silence. Guided healing meditations help to release blockages, find inner peace and draw new strength. Connecting with yourself becomes a source of regeneration.
This retreat is open to everyone - regardless of previous yoga experience. What counts is your willingness to meet yourself and trust your inner healing knowledge.
